I can’t decide whether I like or dislike this bag. I love the idea that it looks a bit edgy and so different. But it can be so different that it’s hard to pair it up with whatever I wear. Plus the bag is sure to stand out and grab attention, too much attention in fact.

I can hardly believe this is actually a Prada. I mean, what happened? Who in Prada thought it would be cool to design a bag that looks like a mesh of hair, or a rug, or the head of a broom? This bag is made of gabardine nylon. I would actually love to see that material except that it’s covered in leather fringes. Inside, the bag comes in sueded pigskin lining, which makes me think that the inside probably looks a whole let better than the outside.

When does a bag’s style become too much for comfort? Although I like this bag’s fringe detailing, it may be something that would work against it in the long run, for me. The sequins look fine but may also be high maintenance. I like an embellished bag, and this bag’s actually cute. But it’s something I think I could use for everyday. L:22cm H:16cm.
