InStyle Magazine’s 5th Independent Handbag Designer Awards

Instyle Magazine gives up and coming handbag designers a chance to show their creation, and possibly create a name for themselves in the annual Independent Handbag Designer Awards. There are some really gorgeous choices on their list of 40 and the winner gets a chance to start selling their collection at Sak’s Fifth Avenue or get sponsorships and internships.

For bag designers, this is a wonderful opportunity. For bag lovers like many of us, this is a great way to find fabulous pieces that may one day come from the latest IT bag designer.

Demanta Faithful Leather Clutch

Prada’s bag collection always pique my interest. I think they make some of the most fashionable bags there is. This particular one is of suede and linen frame and accented with python leather as well as a braided strap. The result is one gorgeous creation.
