Yves Saint Laurent Chyc Shoulder Bag

Deviating away from all those other handbags that have the buckles on it, like the Proenza Schouler or the Cambridge Satchel, this YSL model is actually a good alternative.

This handbag comes in a compact size, with a clear and simple style. It is done in Ivory, which I think looks really slick, because the handbag also comes in another color (Tan). Here, the Y golden hardware really stood out, but isn’t overpowering its overall look.

Meredith Wendell Bucket Leather Satchel

My hunt for a buckled satchel bag has ended. I finally settled for a Mossimo from Target with a limited budget. But it has not stopped me from looking into other bag designs of similar style.

Such as this bucket leather satchel from Meredith Wendell which has the familiar buckles in them. Only the bag comes in several colors, sort of done in color blocking style, which makes it even trendier.
